Physical models aid in the design process allowing the client/s to visualise the proposal three dimensionally & understand the massing with the context.
LiDAR Surveying
Sites can be scanned through lidar using point cloud that will allow the building & landscape to be accurately surveyed then used in the 3D model with the proposed design.

Full planning applications will involve:
Survey, sketch scheme, existing & proposed CAD drawing package, necessary forms and documentation required for each specific individual application.
Drawings and details required for building regulation applications to be inspected by building inspectors.
Highly detailed 3D models and visualizations that bring your ideas to life beautifully.
3D rendering can be provided to allow design decisions to be made allowing material choices and finer details before construction.
Designs can be prepared in 3D & BIM allowing the project to be visualised through walk throughs montages & be shared with other professions to allow the proposal to be worked on within the same digital file.
